Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Datesiny application ("App") and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Datesiny. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload content that is offensive, sexually explicit, or violates any law
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Datesiny Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Datesiny Inc. offers optional premium features through in-app purchases ("Datesiny Plus"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or at datesiny.com/delete-account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datesiny Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Datesiny Inc. is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
